Returns and Refunds


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 60 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Returns received outside of the 60-day window will be issued Store Credit via coupons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return or exchange an item, please first email us the order number, photos of the items and the email address used during purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via a Dilibeads Coupon Card.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are final sale.


We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, you will be billed for that amount.
